This is my favorite neighborhood. Penn medicine and the theater district are all nearby. There are so many places to eat and enjoy in the area. Plus you can literally everywhere that is a tourist and points of interest. The fashion district is nearby only a 5 minute walk and the subway is also only 5-7 mins away on market street. There are over 50 places to eat in this neighborhood with many diverse choices. This apt is a perfect escape for a short or long term stay. Parking is a bit tough since we are so centrally located but with some luck you will find a spot.
