You'll be one block - a two-minute walk - from the sandy shores of Folly Beach at this comfortable, elevated home, ideally located within easy strolling distance of all the shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters on Center Street. This free-standing home offers plenty of parking and privacy, central air conditioning to keep you cool on even the warmest of summer days, and high-speed WiFi and cable TV for your at-home entertainment. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the private washer/dryer in the basement, and spend the afternoon sipping cold drinks, sharing snacks, and playing cards on the spacious screened-in porch with two dining tables. In the summer months, Charleston County Parks & Recreation provides two lifeguard-protected swimming areas on Folly Beach - one on the front beach and a second on the far west end at Folly Beach County Park. You'll also be three and a half blocks from Center Street, the main hub of Folly Beach that's lined with restaurants, eateries, shops, and recreational outfitters.
