Welcome to this beautiful private guest unit where you can relax and enjoy our great Florida weather!!! Either for work or vacation , this newly built unit is centrally located to most touristic and work related destinations of the area !! The unit is attached to the main house with independent entrance and it does not share spaces with the house but only the laundry room. It also has noise cancelation walls .. sounds proof guaranteed. The bedroom accommodates 3 guests . Two on the queen bed and one on the chair bed that can be assembled very easily. The living room is located at the Florida room where you can enjoy our amazing Florida weather without mosquitos :) !! Guest access Guests have private entrance through a side of the house. Other things to note -Please note that we offer washer and drier for customers staying 7 days or more. - The BBQ grill is located in a common area, feel free to use. - The laundry and dryer are located in a common area, feel free to use for stays of a week or longer. we also provide a clothes drying rack too. - Our house is a smoke free facility, you can smoke outdoors but not indoor. Failure to do so , there will be a charge of 250 USD for deep cleaning.
