The Qasr Home is located in the heart of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, between Piazza Marina and Piazza Pretoria. Each room has an exposure on a balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele giving a spectacular view of the city with Porta Felice on the right and Palermo Cathedral on the left. The accommodation has a double bed in each of the rooms, a kitchen with a kitchenette and an oven, a coffee corner with espresso machine and pods available and two independent bathrooms available to guests.

We are a young couple from Palermo, passionate about art, cooking (and fortunately in Palermo we have bread for our teeth) and who decided to embark on this adventure in the world of hospitality convinced that the opportunity to relate with people from the four corners of ' hemisphere is a tool to expand our cultural baggage and that, to return, our city can offer an unforgettable experience. The Cassaro, today Via Vittorio Emanuele, is the oldest thoroughfare in the city of Palermo. Along its entire length you can follow a tour of the major attractions of the city: starting from Piazza Marina, famous for its antique market, passing through Piazza Pretoria (or Piazza della Vergogna), located at Quattro Canti, formed by the intersection of Via Vittorio Emanuele Via Maqueda, up to the Cathedral of Palermo, the main place of worship of the city and from 2015 included in the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. But the whole street is dotted with architectural jewels, such as churches, narrow streets and historic residential complexes that ooze the millenarian history of the Sicilian capital. Now the Cassaro has become one of the main tourist destinations in the city thanks to the presence of numerous restaurants where you can taste the typical cuisine of the region, open until late at night and the celebration in July of the Santa Rosalia Festino (u fistinu in Sicilian), that pours along the road thousands of devotees and curious in the wake of the wagon created for the occasion of one of the most spectacular events in the city.
