This is our ancestral home, which was settled in the early 1960s by our grandparents who hailed from Thodupuzha. *Locale* Our home is placed amidst a coffee plantation just about 100 meters away from the village road. The house is accessible by our own private road running through the coffee plantation. *Flora* Along with robusta coffee, we have other plantation crops like pepper, areca nut etc. We have also grown several trees like tamarind, garcinia cambogia, cashew, anjili, avocado and several varieties of mangoes. In this little land strip, we have about 60-70 jackfruit trees which yield us fruit around the year. "the motville", where you can stay in quietude.... Myself, Ajith; my friends call me mots, hence I named our property, "the motville". I am a postgraduate in Management, worked in the Financial services industry for almost 14 years, with the TATA Group. I quit my job in 2019 for pursing my on business interests. I am running this business with my family along with taking care of the plantation surrounding the property. I'm married and have two kids.

Our property is located within a coffee plantation, the only one building within an area of 10 Acres. The property is surrounded by lots of large trees, which gives you a feeling of staying within a forest. The property is secluded from the outside world that once you enter the property you are in full isolation from the outside world. No immediate neighbors.. you are with absolute privacy.
