We propose a pleasant and comfortable apartment, warm, sunny, fully equipped and with the necessary to have a perfect stay in La Paz. It is located in the center of the city, near the Plaza Triangular and Blanco cable car, the bridge of the Americas and the twin bridge, in a quiet and safe neighborhood (Miraflores). There are many minibuses to all directions in the city. It is a 1 bedroom apartment with Internet (WiFi), 2 flat screen TVs 42 "TV, pay TV channels, Netflix, has HDMI cable and TVBox. The living room has a sofa and its TV. The bedroom has 1 double bed, Queen and a TV. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub, sink and toilet with bath products (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap). The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, smoke extractor, utensils and kitchen products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, mate, sugar, water bottle). There is also a laundry with washing machine, liquid detergent, iron, ironing board, clothesline and laundry. There is also an area to dry clothes on the terrace if you wish.

Guests have access to public transport, to any area of the city of La Paz, the apartment is located just 10 minutes from Sopocachi, an area quite popular with tourists for its different pubs, cafes and varied restaurants, where you can enjoy the gastronomy and the different attractions of the area. Another important tourist attraction is the white cable car, modern innovative and offers a real delight for tourists to walk around the city with its different connections. Central, safe and residential area 2 min. on foot of the white cable car. In addition, the apartment is at an ideal point steps from restaurants and transport to any part of the city and yet as it is not in the middle of the avenue it is quiet and without the hustle and bustle of cars, etc. so that our guests can rest and relax. Another highlight is that the neighborhood has several supermarkets in its surroundings, commercial clothing stores, souvenirs, movie theaters, children's games, food courts and much more.
