The hotel was really good and clean, the room was comfortable. Nice and friendly people working there. Kitchen was good too. Location is amasing. BUT! I really don`t like the situation with cash payment. AFTER my booking I`ve got a message from the hotel, that payment is by cash only. I was not ready for this, we was travelling and spend almost all cash. I wanted to cancel my booking and book another place after this message, but I couldn`t because if I cancel, I need to pay anyway by politic of cancelations, I`ve wrote my card detales for guarantee. When I`ve booked, I see payment options and there was a lot of options, cards also. I did print screen by my phone with payment options but it didn`t help. Lady on the reception saw my screen, smile and sad "Sorry, cash only". Finally we`ve found a way, they accepted my bank transaction only because I have mexican card. Thanks a lot for this. I don`t know what could I do if I didn`t have local card. I asked them to contact booking, but they didn`t. Owner, please, write all information about payment options correct BEFORE the booking, not after! Anyway, I give 10 stars because I like the hotel. Just I`m writing here about payment because it`s important for travellers.

The rooms at Hostel Candelaria offer colourful décor, lockers and a fan. The bathroom is shared and located detached from the rooms. There is also a TV lounge for guests to enjoy. Some rooms have air conditioning with a surcharge. A little Oasis set in the heart of Valladolid. It's very central too, close to the ADO bus stop. The staff who work here are very welcoming and friendly. The hostel is exceptionally clean and the breakfasts are super good with menus changing every day. It's prepared for each individual. I loved my stay so much that I extended it.

I really liked the location, close to every needed supply or transportation. I liked the people as much the two owners as the different others backpackers. I liked their advice about Cenote, Chichen Itza and Ek balam. I liked that the cooking tools were new. It was so far my best hostel experience.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Great hostel in the center of the city. Position is great, it is clean and the curtains on each bed give some privacy in the dorm. At night there was Aircon so it was not hot. Wifi worked well and breakfast is simple and just what you need with coffee, fruit, bread, hummus and jam Fridge and mexico guide books in the common area and hot shower

HOSTEL VALLADOLID 48 features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Valladolid. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Awesome staff, helped me rent a scooter, gave all the info and recommendations I needed. I locked in by bag in the dorm locker and lost my key, they had to break the locker and actually charged me nothing for my stupidity! Pool is cozy and clean, kitchen facilities are simple but sufficient. Great to meet other traveller to plan and do things together! Awesome hostel!

Clean apartment right in the Valladolid center, close to all the restaurants and shops. Amazing host who recommended us where to eat, drink and the most interesting places worth visiting :) plus nice patio!
