Set in Banyuwangi, 15 km from Watu Dodol, Zzz offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. It’s my second time stayed here and i’m still happy, cz the staff so so so kind and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a tour to ijen, and ijen bromo tour packages, it was super nice!! I recommend!!

Located in Timuran, Ranasa Yogyakarta features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Feels like family - super welcome staff and always there to help. The location is perfect, easy to get around, i even rented a scooter directly from ranasa. Nice pool to cool down during hot days, great facility and overall amazing experience. Will be back for sure.

Set in Yogyakarta, 4.4 km from Sultan's Palace, Sleepy Raccoon Hostel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The owner Muk is the most amazing host. He has really really put in a tremendous effort to make sure everybodys stay is exceptional. The place is clean, chill and has everything necessary. I read before coming somebodys review that this place is a must stay when in Yogyakarta and i agree 100%. Must visit! Better than the sights to see :) Bonus: there is this orange cat named Abang that provides entertainment.

Snooze Malang in Malang provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The most friendly staff! <3 the dorm was great with privacy curtains and really comfy bed! Everything clean. Shared kitchen, free filtered water.

I booked this hostel after a canceled flight and was very happy to be welcomed by Dany who set me up with what I needed. It is simple, but exactly as advertised, there aren’t any surprises. You can read about the noise of the busy street, cold water showers, no curtains, etc. and decide for yourself! There is refill drinking water and a lovely cafe at the lower floor where you can order food, or eat your outside food. Dany is a coffee expert and will be able to teach you a lot about this local bean grown throughout Indonesia. More than suitable simple stay for a few nights.
