I had a lovely stay at Faloe hostel. I had one of the warmest hospitality here from Sarah, Syah and Stella. They are really caring and always willing to hear you out and help, plus they’re super fun:D I had zero issues with the facility, everything seems to be new, perfect and runs uninterruptedly. Additional thanks to Syah for his home cooked meals and showing around the city during his off time. love you guys and sending warmest hugs from Kazakhstan

It is a basic accommodation with a private room and shared bathrooms. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The location is very central.

Capsule Inn ตั้งอยู่ในโกตาคินาบาลู ห่างจาก North Borneo Railway 4.7 กม. และ ห่างจาก Likas City Mosque 6.4 กม. The location is smack in the middle of KK, walking distance from pretty much anywhere you could conceivably want to go. Capsules are nice, standard-issue but well maintained and as such serve their purpose. While capsule hostels usually don't really lend themselves to a sociable athmosphere, the included breakfast, large communal space and endlessly helpful staff created ample opportunity for socialising. Seriously, especially the owner will go through insane lengths to make sure you're having a great stay.

Escape Backpackers KK ตั้งอยู่ในโกตาคินาบาลู ห่างจากตลาดฟิลิปปินส์ ซาบาห์ 400 ม. It was my greatest dormitory experience ! People were amazing. each day was different from the other one. It was really the big family feeling for me ! My stay was filled of laughs, stories and alcohol !!! Auntie Fay, Judith and Valerie were so kind, amazing and patient<3. Every other guest had something different to bring and to offer in every conversation. The hostel offers some good deals for activities. You will Got a lot of stuff to do : you will be able to get lost in the jungle, battle with a jellyfish under the water, get drunk with an old uncle , chasing sunsets in Kota Kinabalu with a japanese oppa and a crazy girl, sharing some chips with an old Yakuza member (haha he wasn't in Yakuza for real... Too bad) etc.... There is also one crazy cat and one lazy cat to pet. A lot of memories in a so little tiny time. I didn't want to go back. Kota Kinabalu forever in my heart because of theses amazing people.
