Convenient location to the bus station, the beach, and the waterfall. The facilities were great! There were many comfortable places to relax, the kitchen was well stocked, the dorm room had aircon in the evenings, the workstay volunteers were awesome. All in all, we had a great time!

ICO Living Hostel ligger i Playa Santa Teresa, 3 minuters promenad från Santa Teresa Beach, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en gemensam lounge. For sure one of my favourite hostels in Costa Rica!! Really spacious and clean, super nice people and very close to the beach. Special thanks to Glen :) and Lukas for being always so friendly and helpful!! I will miss this place

You are surrounded by jungle and well taken care of by the hosts. Juan-Carlos built the lodge himself and used to be a chef at a local restaurant. He’ll cook meals for you for a very reasonable price.

Located in Monteverde, Costa Rica 15 min from the Santa Elena town , Hakuna Matata Guest House offers free WIFI all day. In reception you can by the activities and have a free info of the area. The host gave us a lot of advices, the breakfast and the tours.

Bolita Rainforest Hostel and Cabinas erbjuder boende i Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre, 14 km från Puerto Jimenez. Hotellet har 14 km vandringsleder, som ligger intill parken Corcovado. We stayed for over a week and saw an incredible amount of wildlife. Every day we saw something different and amazing whether it was monkeys, a sloth, invertebrates, birds (including toucans, swallow tailed kites, hummingbirds, trogons, woodpeckers, parrots, puffbirds, cuckoos), snakes, frogs. Ron, Val and the team do a really great job of maintaining the hostel and the trails. For such a remote location right in the middle of the rainforest the hostel is extremely well equipped including the kitchen, it looks picturesque, and is comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be truly immersed in nature and see a lot of wildlife.

Nomadic Surf Camp ligger i Uvita, inom 7 minuters promenad från Uvita Beach och 15 km från Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen samt gratis... Amazing owners of the place, the kindest people a met in Costarica, they'll help you with anything you might need. The place looks very cozy, chill, has good vibes and its right at the most beautiful beach! I truly loved it there and highly recommend it. Pura Vida, see you soon! :)

Surf Shack Room #1 ligger i Pavones, 5 minuters promenad från Playa Pavones, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. På Surf Shack Room #1 är alla rum utrustade med terrass. The location was fairly quiet as there wasn't much road traffic going by. There was AC and the shower had hot water, which my wife loved. The kitchen was an ample size and had everything we needed; even Tupperware to keep our extra food so we didn't leave it in the pans. The rooms didn't feel cramped and had shelf space to put our things. The beds we're comfy and the towels were soft. The covered common area outside the kitchen was a great place to eat and for my wife to work. We would stay here again.

La Muñequita Lodge 2 - culture & nature experience ligger i Palmar Sur och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, trädgård och restaurang samt gratis WiFi. Awesome place! Wished we could have stayed longer here! Such a lovely family and a beautiful location
