It was very clean (no insects), very quiet, friendly staff, the best beds ever (single beds). When it happened that my roommates wanted to make air in our room too cold by airconditioner, i asked to go to a different room and the owner allowed to move even without extra charge. This hotel is located near the central bus station of Eilat, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The staff members are exceptionally attentive and accommodating. Following our check-out, they allowed us to store our luggage. Moreover, my husband had forgotten his wristwatch in the room's drawer. When we returned to collect our belongings, the staff had found it and returned it to us. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable

The location is great. 5 mins walk from the bus station and downtown. The owner family is super super kind and hospitable. I was lucky because Anas was preparing the welcome dinner when I checked-in in the evening. Breakfast is very tasty. They keep the room and bathroom clean all the time. The atmosphere is incredible which makes you feel like staying at home. The best place in Jordan!
