Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, The Coral House Homestay by the Taj is located in Agra, 700 metres from Taj Mahal. Very cozy place with friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Taj Mahal and restaurants. Common spaces are beautifully decorated and pleasure to spend time in. Garden is gorgeous and once you enter from the street it feels like a different planet. Decent breakfast was served, and delicious home cooked traditional dinner.

The Coral Court is set in Agra, 700 metres from Taj Mahal and 1.7 km from Mehtab Bagh. Certain units include a seating area where you can relax. You will find a kettle in the room. This hotel stay exceeded my expectations in many ways. Staffs were all hospitable and helpful all the time. When I checked in around 2:00 I was hungry and they offered me to serve sandwich just for me, which was really tasty. It was a simple potato and tomato sandwich but it tasted very good. Best sandwich I ever had in India. The room was beautifully decorated and so clean. The bed was most comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Masala chai is not to be missed. For dinner service I am not a big eater so I asked them to give me just a small dinner and they happily accommodated it. I would certainly stay here next time I am in Agra.

Situated within 7.8 km of Taj Mahal and 12 km of Agra Cantonment, Dá Bungalow - A Vacation Abode offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Agra. Breakfast was great and plentiful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall this place is a gem. We highly recommend going here. If you want to do some sightseeing ask the reception, they can call Dhanpal. He’s very friendly and a great tuk tuk driver.

Located within 500 metres of Kodamdeshwar Temple and less than 1 km of Shiv Bari Temple in Bikaner, Little prince guest house & homestay features accommodation with seating area. I arrived very early in the morning. The owner let me check in and rest earlier. Also when I left the next day, I needed to wait for the evening train. The owner kindly let me shower and stay there comfortably.

Set in Amritsar, Homestay Comforts 500m from Amritsar Airport is a recently renovated accommodation, 13 km from Golden Temple and 12 km from Durgiana Temple. The Property was very close to the Amritsar Airport which was perfect for us as we had an early start to Beas in the morning. The Hotel picked my 2 friends and I up from the Airport. The Family Manager was super friendly and exceedingly helpful and spoke very good English. I was really impressed with the Accomadation . We had the 3 downstairs room which had an adjoining lounge and dining area. The beds are new and the decor is very tasteful. My room also had a kitchenette with a full refrigerator as well as an ensuite They had a great menu and catered for my numerous allergies. Our dinner was exceptionally good In fact I was so impressed with the overall experience that I booked Homestay Comforts again for our last night before leaving India. I will certainly stay there again and I highly recommend it as an Exceptional Package Deal

Shree Krishna Bhakti Ashram is a recently renovated guest house in Vrindāvan, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. I write this review from a specific perspective — I had arrived in Vrindavan with a group but then stayed a few days on my own. I have been to Vrindavan previously but I was a little nervous about staying solo as a western woman… Vraja can present some challenges for us in regards to attracting attention, even if you are an experienced devotee. I usually stay at MVT so I can walk directly to ISKCON by myself, but it was full and I am SO GLAD I found Shree Krishna Bhakti Ashram instead! It perfectly threads the needle between having comfortable rooms and being peaceful and still in the center of Vrindavan, with the real spirit of Vrindavan and not like some of the newer developments. “Ashram” conjures up thoughts of austerities — and on the same trip I stayed alone in a Math that I couldn’t handle alone… but the rooms here are incredibly comfortable and provide things that seem luxurious in an ashram, especially for the price. I had a king-sized bed with comfortable mattresses, multiple pillows, and duvets — no fuzzy brown blankets … A wardrobe, a table and chairs for sitting, a KETTLE and tea/coffee cups with some hot drink packets and even digestive biscuits!!! Also an amazing ceiling fan, real towels in the washroom, a shower head providing hot water with water pressure instead of a bucket… etc. There’s even a TV with cable, I believe, but I did not get a chance to use it. there’s also an enclosed colonial-style veranda looking out onto a lawn which is a peaceful place to enjoy your beverage. The ashram features a small temple in the back which seems to offer small aartis daily, but this really seemed like more of a guest house than a residential ashram. anyways here is why you should choose this place as a solo woman — there is always security and the staff are AMAZING and super helpful! I booked specifically based on other Booking reviews that expressed this.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Manavi Home Stay provides accommodation with patio, around 37 km from Bharatpur Railway Station. Ada is such a gentle guy. First he let me arrive earlier in the morning to stay inside, it basically saved me cause else there would be anywhere to go that time. And when I checked out, he helped me getting an auto to where I was going. Also helped with tips for my travel to Agra and recommended restaurants. The house is beautiful and the room/bathroom are clean. Room is comfy, not cold and there was hot water, but for bucket bath. Wifi is also pretty good. They gave me a towel, a bottle of water and some soaps and other bath stuff, and a flip-flop. I recommend.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of mountain, Khamma Heritage is a recently renovated guest house situated in Jodhpur, 2 km from Mehrangarh Fort. I could not recommend Khamma Heritage more highly, this was the loveliest place to stay imaginable, with all the comforts of a luxury hotel, with the warmth of a stay with a family. Ritik was such a kind and welcoming host and went above and beyond to make us feel as though we were at home. It's difficult to convey how genuine and lovely it was to interact with everyone here, it truly was a pleasure. Please make sure you do stay here if you visit Jodhpur. The rooms and hotel are clean, spacious and in a gorgeous heritage home. The bed was by far the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel (truly welcome after arriving in the middle of the night on a train delayed by 6 hours). There is a delicious buffet breakfast, which can be enjoyed on a gorgeous rooftop with great views of the city and Mehrangarh fort. On top of that, lots of the produce is homegrown. I would come back to Jodhpur just to stay here again!!!
