First of all, we have to point at the fact that Leon and Katie are the most wonderful hosts ever! Communication went smooth, they were super friendly and helpful and made our stay best ever. As for the guesthouse itself, once you cross its path you instantly feel like you’re in some other dimension. Everything inside was planned to detail. The accommodation was in a great location, everything was very close. The owner was very kind and helpful, he gave me a map of all the main places to visit in Valencia and also offered a possibility to rent a bicycle a day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was enough for my stay there (2 nights).

The room was a fantastic size with a wonderful shower and bathroom. The care of the staff was exceptional, we were given tips of what to do on arrival, the room was cleaned each day with fresh water provided. A communal kitchenette area with an honesty bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was fantastic by loads of different restaurants and bars and close to a variety of different placa's. Everything was perfect

Perfect location (small, calm street in the center), clean, new, bright room with beautiful view through window, extra equipment: coffe machine with coffe capsules and sugar, even small fridge. Perfectly located air-conditonair (in the hall/entrance, not above the bed as usually in hotels). Distance check-in with door code. Best hotel during our visit in Spain (despite the fact that the others were more expensive)
