Everything was perfect. The staff was really nice, the kitchen was well equipped (besides the listed kitchen appliances there are biscuits, cereals, milk, tea, and coffee). After a long walk it is relaxing to soak our feet in the pool.

Very convenient location in the very center of Madrid on Gran Via yet it is quiet enough as it is on 5th floor. Metro is just 2 min.away and a lot of sights are within walking distance. Room is nice, very clean and comfy, from the balcony I could see the quiet alleyway and also a bit of Gran Via. Bed was big and sleep was good. Staff was very friendly and always greeted with the smile. Certainly recommend!

We absolutely loved every second of our stay here! Alina at the front desk was warm and welcoming. This is our first time in Madrid and it completely blew us away with the amazing view that came with our room! It is overlooking the royal palace (we booked the double room with Panoramic view) the room was spacious, clean, well decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Staying here made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be back when we return in Spain! Thank you for making our stay in Madrid so wonderful.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Very good location, most of the center is walkable in 10-15 minutes. Metro station is right on the corner with good connections. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for a few nights stay. Highly recommend.

The whole stay was perfect, the location, the size, the cleanliness of the place, and the facilities provided - for the price I’ve paid, I think it’s the best you could get! They even provided a kettle - which is super rare in Europe!!!

A hidden gem. Good location and fully renovated just 12 months ago. Quite due to double glazing and close to restaurants. Bathroom good size and everything worked. Power outlets everywhere.
