Very cool with the fan. - Friendly Host: Host Senair is super nice and went out of her way to introduce things about the area to me, including messaging me before my arrival to warn me of construction blocking one street. She is also very eco-friendly with compost and recycling so your conscience is clean. - Food: Delicious well-balanced breakfast with the best arepa I have had in Colombia. Not as dry or bland as many I’ve had during my trip! - Cat: Cute playful cat, what else do you want?

La aldea is a vibe. It's different than anything I met in other hostels. It's more like a community. That's why I came back and will probably :) The people there will make you feel at home on the other side of the world or even better ;) Common cooking, making music, art, talks filled my heart with everything what's good. An incredible place with an inspiring philosophy. Respect is a key word for this place, respect vis-à-vis nature for sure, but also respect towards local inhabitants of these wonderful mountains.

The hosts were super welcoming and made us feel like being home. The breakfast was just amazing and the rooms had a lot of space. Besides there were big and effective mosquito nets which still provided good air. The house was very near to the beach and had so much nature, we enjoyed our stay so much!!
