It was a lovely stay. Lots of small touches like coffee making. Solar power was great. Communication was perfect. Tranquil and cozy in the middle of the bush.

This hotel is a sight to be seen. I felt like I was staying in a multi-thousand dollar-a-night hotel within the game reserve. The decorations, the size of the room, the bed, the cotton sheets, and the view of monkeys and other animals outside my sliding glass door. The amenities provided in the rooms made you never want to leave. I have had coffee in the morning on my private balcony in my bathrobe after my wonderful hot shower in the luxurious bathroom. At night we sat by the pool drinking wine after our dinner. This exceptional hotel is the best-valued hotel I have ever visited.

Tanja your team and yourself have been amazing, big round of applause for all of you! I had a wonderful time with my kids as we were feeling very pampered by you. Mxolisi our guide was very experienced and knew everything, spotted many animals and insects, taught us a lot of things about fauna and flora. The chef was excellent, the food was fantastic : very tasty. During our afternoon game drive, we were fortunate to see a lion hunt from beginning to end and to top it off on the way back to the lodge, we saw a leopard dragging an antelope across the road. Book as much activities with them as they are very professional, careful and most of all very pleasant.

We could not have made a better choice of lodge. The lodge is small (max 10 people), the food is great, the staff is lovely, the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and the safari’s were unforgettable. We spotted lions, a leopard, zebras, giraffes, elephants and much more. We were extremely surprised but the quality of the food and drinks and the lovely ambiance and attentiveness of the staff at the camp. 10/10 experience all-round.

What an amazing place, we had a fantastic stay here, Andy and Christine are such welcoming and friendly hosts. The room we stayed in was extremely comfy for myself and my teenager and finished to a high standard. There is a lovely communal lounge area with everything you could want, as well as a cooking area (a fire was lit ready for us in the evening) and lovely clean pool with sun loungers. We did a two hour quad bike safari in the afternoon which was without doubt the highlight of my teenagers whole holiday, such great fun and lots of animals to see around the property. The views of the Drakensberg were exceptional. It is an easy drive out from Hoedspruit and we went on to Kruger after leaving which was only just over an hour away. We will definitely go back again (the luxury tent accommodation with hot tub looks very tempting!) and would highly recommend visiting here.

Out of all our stays through our South Africa trip, this was the best experience of them all! The staff was exceptional. We had the best time on our morning and afternoon game drives. Having breakfast near the river where Hippos were sleeping, or snacks at a waterhole with a huge elephant family. We made the best memories. As an addition they took fantastic care of us, gluten-free meals were no problem at all.

Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. Excellent service from from Kristian and Jenni, they definitely went over and above to provide outstanding service, the food was beautiful and very tasty, the staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help and the rooms were very neat. The bush walks, night fires camps and game drive were very fun and beautiful, it was a pleasure booking with them. In summary , it was a fun experience of a luxury camping. Definitely do it again
