The space was extremely clean and had helpful items such as towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, and more! We rented a car so it was nice to have a driveway. The area felt safe, it is a gated community. We interacted with a few of the neighbors and they were all super kind and helpful with helping us find things to do. It is also a comfy apartment for a night in after a long day, the couch and bed were super comfortable. It is a gorgeous space in an ideal location.

Super comfy and quiet if you're looking for a relaxing stay. 15min walking from the old San Juan. No breakfast included but there is tea available near the reception, The cafe next door is very lovely tho - and good healthy selection. There is nice food place around as well.

Also, there are a few restaurants, a shop, a food track, and a co-working (which belongs to the hostel) next to it. It was comfortable to sleep in, it had air conditioning. The building does not have an elevator but there is no problem with that, there are only 2 floors. He actually collected us from the Ferry at Ceiba and drove us to the property, for less than a taxi would be, and ensured we were settled in the property. He also offered advice and recommendations throughout, and kindly drove us to the airport when we checked out.
