Situated just 23 km from Pico do Carvao, Casa Branca features accommodation in Lagoa with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. The house is located a few mins drive from Lagoa and ca. 10mins drive from Ponta Delgada. It's a large and beautiful house with garden and free parking on site. We had a beautiful, quiet and spacious room. There were multiple bathrooms available for guests. We could also use the well-equipped kitchen and the free coffee was a plus. Our host was lovely and super-helpful, she even washed our clothes and refused to accept anything for that. We really felt welcomed and "at home". It was overall an excellent stay.

Featuring free bikes, the eco-friendly Herdade do Ananás is located in Ponta Delgada, 2.9 km from Portas da Cidade. Very helpful staff, especially Carlos did his best to meet our wishes regarding pineapple plantation tour time. Jacuzzi in the green house is nice. Dinner was delicious.

Centrally located in Sao Miguel Island, this property is set in the quiet area of Vila Franca do Campo. We liked everything! Very spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable. The owner even provided some buns, coffee pods, ground coffee, tea, vinegar, olive oil, jam. The swimming pool was lovely and the ocean pool was gorgeous! The accommodations were perfect!!

We started every day with greeting and sometimes feeding (bought some carrots in Pingo Doce) all 10+ horses that were literally our neighbours. – Host and staff were very pleasant. If you are here be sure to take a horse riding class from the hosts. We've been completely thrilled after the class. – We liked the apartments - lots of space, large comfortable bed, BBQ zone, atmospheric interior. – Location is very good if you have a car

The Convento de São Francisco is a built in a 17th century Franciscan convent. Such a special place! everything is beautiful and quiet. the staff are amazing, the breakfast is fantastic. will never forget this stay.

A former summer house, Quinta da Abelheira offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn area. It is located in Fajã de Baixo, 4 km from Ponta Delgada, in Azores. On the morning of my check-out, I was the only guest at the Quinta. However, the breakfast was as big and as vast as I had seen in the photos, I got to try a bit of everything and it was all delicious (the Azorean cheeses are very tasty). Even though I had a late check-in, the front desk staff was very friendly and, on my check-out day, they allowed me to use to use the common areas up until I had to go to the airport for my flight.
