This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! This is the best place to stay in Annecy. Perfect for walking everywhere and in a very safe location. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

loved the location. A short walk down the hill and you are right in Old Town. From there you can walk everywhere!! The apartment was well equipped, very clean and has washer and dryer all in one. highly recommend!!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Perfect for a city break as 3min walk to the train station. Also very close to shops restaurants and main sights of the city, such as the lake. The host made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a great location. Parking underground was a definite deciding factor when choosing this spot. Easy 5 minute walk to old town. Manager was extremely responsive and also gave great restaurant recommendations. All around great stay.

The apartment was beyond our expectations . Extremely well furnished and comfortably stylish apartment in a prime location in the centre of the old town of Annecy. The balcony was a huge bonus allowing the perfect viewpoint for people watching and al fresco dining. Key collection was smooth and efficient and contact with the host/ owner was quick and professional. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return again in the near future.
