Located within 6.4 km of Simola Golf and Country Estate and 6.9 km of Knysna Forest in Knysna, De View provides accommodation with seating area. De View was the best stay at the Garden route, the room has the most beautiful view over Knysna Lagoon. We got fresh breakfast served every morning and so many recommendations for activities and food spots.

Offering a bar and city view, Somervreug Guesthouse is set in Knysna, 6.8 km from Knysna Forest and 8.5 km from Knysna Heads. wonderful accommodation; a very spacious room with beautiful views of the lagune. The breakfast is amazing and the hospitality is very good. Wendy and her team are very friendly and will assist you with anything you need. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Knysna!

Perched high above the village, Paradise Private Zen Studios offer studio accommodation with views of either the garden, lagoon, town and the famous Knysna Heads. Free WiFi is available. Paradise private zen is like a small heaven that allows one to distress. When we got there we received a warm welcome from the owners Mr Francois and Ms Ellie of whom were so helpful regarding our check in process. It felt at home and their studios are so neat and clean, had everything one might need during the load shedding as well. This is one place I can recommend to friends and family.

The hospitality was absolutely superb and the property itself was gorgeous. Beautiful sunsets every night. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Situated high up on the ridge, Strode House offers magnificent views of the Knysna lagoon, the famous Knysna Heads, forests and Outiniqua Mountain Range. It features a private pool with hot tub. An oasis in the City. Clean, huge, open spaces. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Quiet, incredible views, yet just a very short drive to the City & waterfront. Excellent WiFi. My husband loved the pool table. It’s a place that we will definitely return to once we’ve moved to South Africa one day. It has a feeling of Zen from the minute you walk in the front door.

Overlooking the Knysna Lagoon, Paradise Found is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and 2 km away from the centre of Knsyna and the Waterfront. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were great, as was the breakfast. Great views and very relaxing stay.

Offering an outdoor pool and a cosy lounge and bar, Parkes Manor is a classic, historical house located within 2 km from the Knysna Waterfront. Beautiful old manor house and the staff were amazing, felt like were staying with old friends ❤️

Anita is one of the best hostesses I’ve ever met. She made us feel at home and helped a lot during our trip. The property is so beautiful and warm, which you can get everything you need(before you request). The house is so clean and cozy with nice and quiet view. And professional staffs are so helpful. My family love our stay in Anita’s property so much and we truly hope can visit here again. Anita and her staffs bring us best memories in Knsyna!

Double Dutch offers bed and breakfast in Knysna and views over the Knysna lagoon. Set in extensive garden, it boasts an outdoor swimming pool. Double Dutch is magic, and the ladies who run it are amazing. A short drive off the main access road to Knysna, the B&B has amazing views of the waterfront and the Knysna Heads. The property itself is beautifully designed and maintained, and the rooms are excellent. Breakfast is prepared by the owners themselves and starting your day watching the scenery is bliss.

Cambalala is a luxury guest house ideally situated in Paradise with magnificent views over the Knysna lagoon. This home perched high above the Kysna lagoon was extraordinary. Our rom was immense, the bed so comfortable and the views exceptional. The lovely infinity pool and gardens were luxurious and inspiring. We enjoyed walking own to Thessen Island, walking on the beach and would have loved to do the forest hikes if we had been there longer. Breakfast was lovely.
