We also had a lovely view from our window from the 2nd floor terrace room. They have a number of event spaces where you can host private dinners/ gatherings.

Casa Del Sonder is located in the trendy De Waterkant, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It has a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and a 360 degree view of the city and Table Mountain. We liked everything 😊🙏🏻 location, breakfast the housekeeping team( very kind always with a smile). The house is beautifully decorated. Michelle was very kind helping us whenever we needed it.

Over the course of our 3 breakfasts, we tried most everything on the menu, and it was all delicious. The french toast was about the best we had ever had, and the coffee was outstanding. The best part was the lovely conversations we had with the hotel staff each day, as they were all so friendly and welcoming.

Designed to cater for tourists as well as business executives, La Rose is an diverse blend of French, Indian, Cape Malay and African influences, where old world and modern embrace. The place is very cozy. The room isn't very large, but quite comfortable (we stayed in the room upstairs with a balcony). Spectacular homemade breakfast. Central location, close to the city's main tourist attractions (waterfront, Table Mountain, and Camps Bay - approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car). The main highlight was the hosts, who were very attentive, gave great sightseeing tips, and made us feel at home.
