The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. the hotel could not be better placed and is central to everything. The boutique charm will have me coming back again, and again, I have stayed there twice and will stay there every time I visit Hoi An. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lovely pool, great vibe, WONDERFUL staff...it is a 10/10 from me.

Great location, clean room, nice pool and very welcoming hosts. Ms. Flower provided us with a guideline what to to do in the town, where to eat and treated us with a local food - we are very grateful for this gesture!

Anything.Room was very spacious with refrigerator and kettle. Aircon worked fantastic and it has a fan above bed.

Fantastic Guesthouse in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City. It's down a small side street which meant it was away from the noise of traffic. Room was a good size, clean and the shower was consistently hot. The owner Hien was so lovely! Made us feel very welcome, recommended sights and trips, served an amazing breakfast and free bicycle rental (which were in excellent condition). We had a 6 p.m. bus booked after checking out, she stored our bags and even offered to let us use the shower if we needed it at any point. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

Minh and Helen welcomed us cheerfully every time we came back to the hotel. On first arrival, they gave us cold water and really took their time to explain all the activities, tours, restaurants, food, etc. Location is good, walking distance to the busy area. We liked the gallery next door very much. The room is clean, breakfast tasty and big, aircon worked well, water pressure was good... We even got a nice little goodbye gift. Thanks for hosting us!

מקום האירוח THUY DUONG 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa שוכן במיקום טוב בהוי אן, וכולל חדרים ממוזגים, בריכת שחייה חיצונית, אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם ובר. Everything was fabulous. Place is nice clean and quiet. Suitable for family with kids or couple to stay relax and enjoy Hoi An. Breakfast is nice especially homemade yogurt.
