From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was courteous and we always received an answer to our every request The rooms are comfortable and clean, The breakfast is delicious and varied, the pool is pampering and the sky bar was for us a perfect place to end the day. The location of the hotel is perfect And in general highly recommend!

Attractively situated in the District 1 district of Ho Chi Minh City, Mia Hotel is situated 100 metres from Fine Arts Museum, 600 metres from Takashimaya Vietnam and 700 metres from Ben Thanh Street... The people there were the sweetest ever, didn't speak a word of English so we couldn't communicate properly and it was so funny and awesome. They were extremely helpful in finding things I needed around the hotel. 10/10

It is spacious. It has sofa, TV, mini fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, desk. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel will provide you towels, slippers and toiletries. It has hot and cold shower and bidet. Air conditioner is working perfectly. Cleanliness - The room is very clean with comfortable bed and pillow. Lighting - You have 3 lighting options in the room (from sleeping mode - mid bright- very bright room setting) . Our room has big windows, so in the morning you can receive natural light from the outside. Staff - They are very friendly, approachable and accommodating. They will go an extra mile to serve you. Sir Vin (the owner) can speak English well. Though the other staff cannot understand you sometime when you speak in English, they will still make an effort to understand you. Breakfast - Free fruits, bread, egg, crepe, tea/coffee/juice in the morning from 7-9am. Breakfast is served at the rooftop. Wifi - Wifi in the room is fast and very reliable. Others - The hotel has an elevator and it offers free laundry service. The hotel responds quickly to your online inquiries. PS: I'm very touched that the staff surprised me with my birthday cake on the night of my birthday.

This hotel offers all the advertised facilities and a great experience - the staff is very kind and friendly, eager to help, the room and facilities are clean and comfortable, very good soundproofing, the food was delicious, with great variety and new dishes served for breakfast daily. It is an amazing Japanese style hotel and I would definitely choose to stay here for my future trips to HCMC. The central location is also super convenient. Overall, this accommodation is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travel.
