Very clean hotel and super friendly staff. All staff could speak English, so communication wasn't an issue. We had a very comfortable stay.

Apartment was amazingly comfortable and clean. The three bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a sofa with TV set too. The location is a walking distance (600m) to the Lotte Tower and there is a supermarket on the ground level making it very easy to get supplies etc when you are traveling with children. There is also a coffee house downstairs where we got hot drinks. Love how friendly and warm the staff were! The apartment has all that you need and is spacious for a family stay. Modern looking, classy and well done up. Love this place and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Zody House features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Hanoi. The property is close to Ha Noi Railway station, Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and St. Joseph Cathedral. Everything was exceptionally great! Binh, apartment owner is really helpful, he organized the trips to Cat Ba/Ha Long Bay and Sapa rice terraces and both trips went really smoothly, we didnt need to do anything, everything was taken care of. Apartments are clean, theres a kitchen in case you need to make something to eat but why would you do that when there are so much great places around to eat. The apartment is in a great location, you can reach all the main Hanoi places on foot. If we ever come back to Vietnam, Hanoi, we would definitely choose these apartments once again.

The hotel has a very nice location right next to the old quarter. The room was clean and quite spacious. The staff was amazing as well

Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture enjoys panoramic views over Hanoi city and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Its elegant rooms include free bottled water and Wi-Fi. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. When the cable TV stopped working, they tried fixing the problem and immediately offered to change my room which I accepted. The breakfast was varied and good. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
