In addition to that, I wanted to book a trip on the boat to see the limestone structures, Ngoc was REALLY competent and informative on delivering the most effective solution for me, thumbs for that! The room was roomy, airy, the bed extremely comfy with a good size. The water pressure could be better. All in all a VERY pleasant experience.

Lin was really kind and helpful and she helped us get transfers. Highly recommend this hotel it has a great view right outside the hotel. Centre is 20mins walk.

It's as expected from a 4/5 star hotel - clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was very nice (but your mileage may vary, since we went during low season and many rooms were free).

The room and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, they helped us with all our tours in Halong Bay and transfer to Hanoi seamlessly. Will go back again.
