Built in 1874, this Victorian bed and breakfast is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and 3 blocks of city parks. It features gourmet breakfast and evening wine tastings. We’ve stayed at the Simpson twice and both times we’ve been blown away by the surroundings and the team who work there. The rooms are unique and the gardens feel like a haven. The staff make every effort to help you have a good time, shout out to Frank especially!

Hands down one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. All of the staff were amazing! The front desk staff helped us navigate how to arrange for the shuttle, gave great tips about the area including which places were safe to walk at night, even drawing out on a map places they recommended visiting. Shuttle drivers are awesome getting us to and from airport even as we juggled with cancelled flights and flooding. They were all so friendly and genuinely caring. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Very quiet stay. Enjoyed the variety of coffee available and the perk of being able to make a complimentary hot oatmeal or grab an apple or orange if wanted to gab something quick instead of go and eat a sit down breakfast in the restaurant.

The whole decor and layout of the hotel is very welcoming There is a lovely courtyard where drinks are served and there are complimentary drinks from 5pm to 6pm (not Sunday) Absolutely free! The rooms are of a very high standard with balconies The location is excellent being a few minutes from the centre of State St and near the best restaurants The staff were very helpful especially Fabian and Nate on the front desk We went to a Winery for a tasting and Fabian provided us with all the picnic accessories. The pool is small and comfortable to sit around Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

This historic hotel in downtown Santa Barbara is a 5-minute drive to the beach and Stearns Wharf. It is surrounded by an acre of gardens. Guests can enjoy the property's free WiFi as well. Tudo perfeito! O quarto com banheira de frente para um jardim exclusivo foi sensacional. A banheira enche muito rápido com água quente e tem luzes e hidromassagem! Tudo muito sossegado e seguro! Cama gostosa! ambiente do quarto muito charmoso. O café da manhã atendeu bem as nossas necessidades (frutas, iogurtes, café, chá, suco de laranja, pães, ovos e etc). O estacionamento é bem prático e perto do quarto. No final de tarde é servido vinhos para os hóspedes. O espaço tem muitas flores e grama verde.....sentíamos em casa. A limpeza foi bem eficiente.

This hotel is within 3.2 km of the Santa Barbara Zoo and Leadbetter Beach and Park. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and a Starbucks Coffee shop right outside our doors. Very nice location, nera shops and restaurants.

Situated in Santa Barbara, 3.5 Km from Leadbetter Beach and 320 meters from State Street, De La Vina Inn features a secure self check-in system, accommodation with a shared lounge, free private... Gorgeous period house only short walking distance from state street… Lovely staff and although the rooms weren’t huge, they were traditional and very quaint. Complimentary snacks and coffees and a shared complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. Also the only place in California we found that gave complimentary parking which was great.
