The staff was friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in having us receive quality service and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect; it is near many fine arts facilities (symphony, opera, library, museums, city hall …). There is also a vibrant restaurant/nightlife area within walking distance.

Perfect location next to one bus line and close to many things worth seeing. No fear for the homeless as others suggest, they are on the other side of Van Ness where you catch the bus. Clean and comfortable and a free parking ! Perfect !
