The friendliness of the staff our entire stay. It was a quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect as well as the free parking. Loved having glass coffee cups and water glasses. Makes a huge difference. We will definitely stay again.

The location is close to the Palace of fine arts and the bus station so it was very convenient. We also appreciate the fact that they upgraded us to a deluxe king and gave us free wine when they knew we were getting married! The room is also very spacious and the staff were very kind! Our sheets and towels were replaced every single day without you having to request it. Thank you for making our stay special!!
