This national historic landmark, renovated into a luxury boutique hotel, offers cozy accommodations and 18th century charm. Exceptionally well maintained house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly and gave us a lot of information on what we could do around the hotel, even got us some free cookies!

The price for the location is great. Breakfast was decent and didn't ran out of food. Great location from all the attractions. My family and I like to walk to everywhere when we visit cities like this....we walked everywhere. Restaurant options everywhere and close. Night life for adults is literally at every corner. A block from the city hall and everything in that area. If we're in the area, we will definitely stay in this hotel again....oh and kids friendly as any HI I've been to.

Located in the Midtown Village area of downtown Philadelphia, this boutique hotel is one block from the performing arts district Avenue of the Arts. Great value in a perfect location. Easy walk to historical sites, excellent nearby restaurants, reasonable parking across the street. Very clean apartment. The on line staff was very responsive when we needed the entry code. Both phone call and email came very quickly.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Guild House Hotel is situated in Philadelphia, 1.3 km from Liberty Bell and 1.6 km from National Liberty Museum. This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. I loved the sitting room on the first floor and I loved the amenities in my room: a delicious pound cake, a massive chocolate chip cookie (both locally baked), and the various teas on offer. An added bonus was the choice of coffee maker. I love French presses, and this was the first time I had a French press in my room! In addition, the hotel provides complimentary mineral and filtered water. As for the aesthetics of my room, the decor was just lovely. The bathroom in particular was stunning with its turn-of-the -century tiles. Finally, the history of this building made it all the more special to stay here. So glad the proprietors have retained the old-world charm of this lovely dwelling. I have been bragging about this place to friends and colleagues since I checked in and will continue to do so.

Hotel location very good with most of the attractions only a short walk. Wheelchair access quite good. Food was very nice and rooms clean.
