OK the room size is small but the space well designed and well used. if you are in NY, you need a room just to take a shower and sleep. Therefore, I loved it.

The Standard East Village is an amazing hotel in an amazing location with an amazing view. We were on the 16th floor, and as we had a corner room, we had a view of both the One World Trade Center and the Empire State building. The staff were fantastic and helped us every time we needed it - including the offering of a hug when I was on the patio writing my son a send-off letter! I would not hesitate to stay here again.
