Located 1 mile from the New Orleans French Quarter, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. Free Wi-Fi is also included. We loved the place! Breakfast and complimentary dinner (which we did not expect!) with drinks were great. Outdoor pool and fantastic gym. Great location, allowing you to walk to most places of interest and huge parking (paid additionally, but worth the price). Our suite was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet because it was located on the top floor. But all of that was surpassed by absolutely phenomenal staff! The hotel boasts that it's family-owned and we indeed felt that employees were like one family, not only to themselves, but also to guests. Super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Thanks a million folks!

Located right off of Canal Street and adjacent to Tulane School of Medicine, The Jung Hotel and Residences offers modern rooms within less than 1 km from Mercedes-Benz Superdome. When we arrived, I was proud of myself for booking this hotel. It is a great location - near the activity but away from the party noises. It was also across the street from the streetcar station which was a definite plus. The streetcar is a great way to get around the area. I loved the security enforcement of not being able to access the elevator without your room key and that you are only able to select your room floor. There is a trash chute for easy disposal, vending machine, and ice machine on each floor. The rooms were SPACIOUS!! I was on the 3rd floor in a Deluxe Double Room. Big beds, different counter and drawer spaces, recliner chairs, windows for natural light, fridge, and a safe. The bathroom was also spacious with two sinks and the toilet being partitioned away. The shower was nice with a fixed and movable shower heads. Maid service was also nice and if you needed extra towels or garbage bags, you could retrieve them from the front desk. I loved staying at this hotel. It was also across from an emergency room, just in case.

All The staff at the NOPSI are top notch! The reason that I came to this hotel was because La Pavilion was refusing to take my reservation and was kicking me out of the room I paid for. Dusan Ciric was the most amazing host to be there at the front desk. He took our reservation, had some drinks on the house, and quickly figured out what our next move was. Food and beverage manger David was amazing and my girl Raven. What a gem. NOPSI is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at thanks to these beautiful people. Thank you 🙏
