In the heart of Chicago city centre, and within walking distance to major attractions, this all-suite hotel provides exceptional accommodation, complete with first-class amenities and personalized... We had a very lovely suite, with plenty of space and a mini-kitchen to store food. It felt like a home away from home. Very clean, and well equipped. We also had a nice view towards the lake. Every staff member we met was super helpful and very friendly. We chose this hotel based on the location (and safety) and we definitely were not disappointed. :) Very central, busy with tourists also in the late hours, so we felt very safe at all times.

This high-rise downtown Chicago hotel offers panoramic views of Michigan Ave and the vibrant Magnificent Mile. It features an indoor pool, a Starbucks Café and an on-site restaurant. Location was perfect for exploring central Chicago on foot. Close to tours and sightseeing. Concierge was very helpful with maps and information when we first arrived.

Located on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this historic luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and features renowned on-site restaurants and an indoor pool with elevated... The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind. Hat off to Mark and Sian (I think that's how her name is spelled) who were particularly hospitable and make sure we were taken care of. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very nice, and the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The cherry on top is the historical indoor heated swimming pool. Such a hidden gem! We will definitely be staying here again.
