The facilities in this hotel are amazing. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They can recommend great places and restaurants to visit, and are always available if in need of help. The location of the hotel is also good. They are at a walking distance from some good stores and restaurants, and at a relatively short distance from important touristic destinations. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You are in the center of great food, shopping and near the metro public transportation. The staff was incredible, coming from the US and not knowing what to expect in a different country and the staff made it so enjoyable. They are very kind and are always there for help. Whether we needed another blanket or an ice pack, they always lended a helping hand. Definitely recommend staying here and recommend the room with a balcony for an awesome view! Istanroom by Keo offers rooms in Istanbul, 1.5 km from Istanbul Congress Center and 2.6 km from Taksim Square. The property is set 3.2 km from Istiklal Street and 3.2 km from Dolmabahce Palace. I was greeted with the name and drink upon entering (even before check-in). The stuff (especially Daoud) are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and cleaned every day. Drinks in the room are free of charge. I will definitely come back.
