It was a super comfortable stay, equipped with high quality materials and well designed interior. Great hospitality and very friendly staff. All services worked very well at the hotel.

We booked this hotel based on the huge amount of positive reviews but I will admit we were a bit skeptical about believing them. I am so pleased to say this hotel lived up to the hype - an excellent location, a spotless room that was thoroughly cleaned every day and the friendliest and most helpful staff who were available all day every day. Special mention also to the highlight of our trip - Mr Osman, the hotel’s feline Head of Security. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

We got a room with an exceptional view (sea view at 7th floor). The room was duly cleaned up daily, with a nice bathroom (large shower). We especially enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant service (open from 7:30am until 10:30pm) - the breakfast was excellent (beyond our expectations), with typical Turkish food, the personnel were very kind and attentive to their clients needs, with cooks preparing our favorite dishes upon request on the spot. The restaurant is on the Michelin guide, we went there a couple of times to have dinner (from the restaurant you get a fantastic view on the galata bridge, the Bosporus, the Eminönü district and some outstanding mosques). At the reception, Serdar helped us with our many requests, ensuring a safe and fast connection to the airport (both ways) - always showing a nice, respectful and diligent attitude. The location is also strategic, close to all the main transportation means (buses, ferries, etc). This place was an excellent choice and we highly recommend it. We recommend to book it with breakfast included, it is totally worth it.

Walton Hotels Galata is located in the Beyoglu district in Istanbul, 200 metres from the Galata Tower, Sishane Metro Station and Istiklal Street, the area is known for restaurants, local shops, night... Very quiet area and the staff is so kind!

Greenland located within 5 minutes by walk from Galata tower and other famous places. I had small housekeeping issue and staff resolved in a very professional manner.

Dejligt hotel med det sødeste personale. Fint og rummeligt værelse med en god seng. Dejligt badeværelse. Fin morgenmad og flot udsigt fra morgenmadsrestaueanren på 10 etage. Hotellet ligger ud til en trafikeret vej, men ingen larm på værelserne. 2min til Metro. Krydser man vejen og går ned til vandet er der hyggeligt at gå på promenaden og der ligger mange små restauranter. Gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Vi var meget tilfredse.

Union Hotel Karaköy ligger i centrum af Istanbul, 400 m fra Galata-tårnet og 1,2 km fra krydderibasaren. It is so simple to greet like they do, and yet not many hotel staff (at least in the low to mid-range price) do it. This team is awesome - they are helpful, caring and ready to assist you with what you need. The hotel itself has a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable, too.
