First off, the staff of the hotel starting from the frontdesk till the chef is spectacular, starting from the greeting to the behaviour is very kind and friendly. The Hotel is also very clean with the room being cleaned everyday and leaving no spots behind.

Hotel location is perfect within walking distance of all major attractions with easy access to public transit. Several good restaurants and a nearby bazaar make for good late night hangout points.

Namještaj i posteljina u odlično stanju. Sve vrlo čisto i dobro održavano. Izuzetno ugodno i susretljivo osoblje na raspolaganju 24/7 za svaku pomoć ili savjet, bez njih naš boravak ne bi bio ovako ugodan. Naš concierge/guest relations manager Afra je bila uvijek na raspolaganju sa svojim savjetima i preporukama te uvelike pridonjela ovako ugodnom boravku. Vrijedi svaki cent! Definitivno preporučam!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The hotel staff was friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. It immediately set the tone for the exceptional service that I would receive throughout my stay. And I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary snacks. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area. The location of the apartment hotel was also perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful suites, and a great location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.
