Very Clean and comfortable. Provided us with an early check-in and kept our bags after checkout too. Drinking water available in the room via a separate line.

Hotel 81 Gold is located in the lively Geylang District, a 10-minute walk from Aljunied MRT Station. Surrounded by many known eateries, it offers affordable accommodation with free WiFi. The staff of the hotel are amazing. Wonderful, amazing, adorable, likeable, warm and all the positive adjectives you can think of. Thanks to Priety kindness and the help from Aida, I extended my stay at the hotel. Aida and Pretty are very good people with world-class customer service.

On arrival at 8:30 we were so tired and we could not check in until 15:00. The manager waived this and gave us our room. He save us because we were exhausted. Good location in terms of public transport; very close walk to a nearby bus stop (about 2-4 minutes walk) which is in front of a 7-Eleven. Decent for what we paid for since it was a last minute trip, and it was fairly comfortable. Our room looked older than the listed, however the rooms are clean. Air conditioning and water heater worked well, and the rooms had some packaged drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste provided for free. Our bathroom came with a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise. Their check-in was still open until late at night (we checked in at 11.30pm) and the staff was happy to help us even then.
