It was in an excellent location. We could walk out of the hotel and straight into the mall which was amazing. There was also a food supermarket next door as part of the mall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly to us from the minute we arrived. They included the kitchen/dining room staff, the doorman and the porters and the receptionist.
