Never been to Lisbon and found general service in restaurants etc very slow and frustrating but in this hotel, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. The location, the 1920s decor and staff attire were all wonderful. The breakfast was good too

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. The staff were outstanding. Really felt like they went above and beyond - helping us with our bags, giving us lots of recommendations etc. The room was nice and tidy, with a big clean bathroom. Location was great, lots of cool cafes and restaurants close by.
