My daughter accidentally left her bag in the room. We contacted the hotel and arranged the delivery. Without their help of printing out shipping documents, the collection couldn’t be completed. I was so grateful to Paula and the other reception people.

The apartment is very comfortable, located very close to the metro station. Some complained about plane noise, but honestly, it did not bother us at all, and we were with 2 kids. Daniel is a very helpful owner, provided us with so much useful information and even let us stay an additional half a day without charging us. We reccomend this place to everyone that wants a quiet vacation, away from all the buzz and noise of the downtown (that you can reach by metro in about 20 minutes). We can guarantee that you will feel at home!
