The room, the bed, the shower, the amenities, the friendly staff and the rooftop bar. A special mention to Jerome the Barman he was great to chat with and he made us exquisite cocktails. I cannot recommend visiting the bar enough.

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. Luxurious room (Legacy Suite was beautiful - I loved the artwork by local artists); complimentary high tea is a must do!; breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel. Staff were extremely attentive. Location is excellent- walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.

I was staying in an 8 bed shared room and either the bed and the room themselves were amazing! I had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant they have at level 13 and it was really good as well. It was located in the city’s CBD, there were a lot of fast food chain restaurants and local places to eat.

I have stayed in this Hotel on number of occasions and have always found the hotel to be clean and the staff are very pleasant

I could tell you that the rooms and beds are super comfortable (they are) or that the view from the rooftop swimming pool is stunning (it is), but I will emphasize on something else. During my stay, I suddenly had a medical emergency that required rushing me to the hospital in the middle of the night. The staff were ready with a wheelchair and the hotel shuttle and did more than I could even hope for, to take care of me during and after the event. Thank you so much guys! In a crazy city like Manila, safety is the ultimate luxury and you will definitely be safe at City Garden Grand.
