The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Situated in the Feijenoord district Room Mate Bruno is a boutique hotel set in a former tea warehouse of the Dutch East India Company in Rotterdam. Close to cruise port and metro. Staff very accommodating.

El personal de recepción muy amable, sobre todo Agostina, quien me ayudó llamando al anterior hotel en el que estuve en Amterdam, ya que, había olvidado unos documentos y ella se encargó de la comunicación en ingles, puesto que, a mí se me dificultaba el idioma y logró que lo solucionaran. Espero que ella lea este comentario y sepa que estoy muy agradecida y que es una excelente profesional y persona.

Discover ss Rotterdam, a former Holland-America Line ship, presenting cozy accommodations by the harbor in the vibrant Katendrecht district. nice welcome from hotel staff, room was amazing, bed where comfy. the ship was maintained well and everything was found as expected. we took the historic tour through the ship and saw the machine room. the staff was able to explain everything about the ship and the audio guide which was included in the tour helped us to understand the history of the ship. parking space is in the same area, which was very convinient.

Flex-Inn es un alojamiento de 2 estrellas que está en Róterdam. This is a newly opened budget hotel with descent basic amenities. The staff were wonderful, the recommendations on restaurants, shops, parking, and transportation were all spot on. The area is well connected with many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall the hotel offers good value for money. What stood out is the good internet connection, their wifi was much better than expected, I could do a video-conference in my room with my corporate VPN with very little jitter.

The apartment had Nuki devices installed, so no physical keys were necessary to enter the premises, as well as the apartment itself, just a pin code. The place had all the necessary ammenities, the kitchen had all the cutlery and toiletries were available in the bathroom. The staff was amiable and provided all the necessary info in advance.
