It is outside of the center but near a big mall with a metro station so easy to visit everything by train or using grab. Staff were very polite. Clean etc. pleasant atmosphere

I find that the hotel is basically easy to find, and the rooms are adequate. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The room I had had a little problem, so I told the owner and he switched me to a larger new room without any additional cost. Additionally, the hotel has candy available at the reception desk, which my kids really liked. On the day to the airport, because I had an early flight and couldn't book a Grab, the owner booked one for me. I am very satisfied with this hotel. If anyone goes to Kuala Lumpur, you should book a room here. I highly recommend it.
