The staff, this is really one of the best things in the hotel , very welcome and very helpful in an amazing way , I really want to thank mr. Mohamed Elhelo in the front desk and also Ayoub , Momo and Mr. Mohamed in the restaurant who really makes me feel like home with their care and the various varieties of breakfast which were very delicious The rooms were very neat and clean and well furnished in a modern decoration, a free car parking with a very helpful valet people, location is ok but not the best , I really will repeat my visit again

This is a lovely hotel - it's real strength is the amazing staff who couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. I've stayed in similar hotels around the world & this is what would make me come back - every single staff member treated you with so much respect & kindness. The rooms are also a nice size & the beds very comfy. The location is great & very accessible for public transport & also restaurants & shops. The breakfast was good & I had a nice meal in the restaurant upstairs in the evening.
