Mini fidge and some storage for food. Tea making items with everyday filling milk bottle. Clean and neat bathroom with shampoo body wash etc. ( Found good body lotion for myself there 😜) New linen for beds and clean towels, pool towels. Swimming pool with comfy beach beds. Night lights 🔥. Outside open pavillion. ( It was the best place I found, took our dinner and watched movies there with lights around ❤️) Very nice breakfast. (They asked us for western food or local one. Of course western one. We loved it 😍)

One of my favorite moments was when in the pool, admiring the breathtaking sunset horizon, as it rained upon me. The sound of the rain drops meeting the water of the pool was truly beautiful and therapeutic. The restaurant made such the tastiest soup and butter fried shrimp I’ve ever, creating an everlasting impression on my palate and senses. I will be sure to return to the magical pearl of Hikkaduwa.

It was my first trip to Srilanka and I had a great deal from Booking.com. I hear about a nick name for Srilanka as "Smiling nation" . I experience the same with hotel staff and other people who I met outside. I highly recomond Srilanka as tour destination, is really safe and Value for money trip. Location - It is beautiful place with easy access to Main road, Railway station and beach. Safety and privacy is high within the property Hotel - Architecture was really beautiful I love it. Rooms are sizable. Design is beautiful. Even though it is a boutique hotel, all the facilities are there within the room including tea/coffee and bathroom amenities. Bathroom is bit small. But It is fit for purpose. We had all facilities within the room such as Air conditioned room, TV , internet connection. Staff- They are so friendlily, helpful and always smiling Food- Food was great.. Tried lots of seafood.. Recommend to try their sea food platter which is great Cleanness - It is well-maintained hotel. Rooms are cleaned well. Thank you THe Chariot Hikkduwa team. I will see you again.

Exceptional service, lovely garden with clean and big swimming pool. Much better than on the Bookings photos. The hotel is quite fresh, just 2 months from opening, managing with diligence and love. Super friendly manager, asked for feedback and promised to fix all minor issues.
