Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan is located on levels 27 to 40 of Seoul Dragon City complex. It was very luxurious and the staff went above and beyond. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was fixed by one of the staff who was so friendly and cheerful. Excellent customer service.

The room is so spacious and there are even cooking facilities and washing machine included that served our family of 6 wonderfully! There is also an ipark mall 5 mins walk away which provides food, entertainment and shopping pleasures to our whole family! highly recommended to all who is visiting Seoul!
