Stayed here in Oct 2023 for the first time and it was faultless, so rebooked this for my next trip. It was again faultless. Clean, spacious, and great value for money. The staff from reception down to the cleaning team are amazing.

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The facilities were very tidy and the staff were very helpful

Well set in the centre of Yokohama, InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8, an IHG Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. I felt pampered and at home. Quiet, great location, and few was amazing.

We caught taxi to the city only cost us a total of 20,000 yen for taxis to get around town. I would 100% recommend this place to stay with friends and family.

MY HUSBAND AND I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM SIZE, THE CLEANLINESS, THE LOCATION TO MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, CHINA TOWN, COSMO WORLD, WORLD'S PORTERS, YAMASHITA PARK, ANDTHE DELICIOUS COFFEE AND COOKIES IN THE LOBBY ALL DAY LONG. THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM OUR ROOM ,THE RIVER BRIDGE /RIVER. THE TRAIN STATION SO CLOSE TO THIS HOTEL, AND MOST OF ALL, THE WONDERFUL STAFF. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY, ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING, SMILING AND TRULY CARING ABOUT THEIR GUEST. I ESPECIALLY WANT TO THANK HOTEL MANAGER MR.LEO. HE GREETED US WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO US AND EVEN WENT TO OUR ROOM, TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING IN OUR ROOM WAS SATISFACTORY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A HOTEL MANAGER DO THAT. MR. Set in Yokohama, 600 metres from Yokohama Marine Tower, Hyatt Regency Yokohama offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 19 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne. The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat. I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something. I really liked the turn down service I ordered on a couple of nights. It was like having two delightful fairies fly in and get down to business tidy up and replace anything required and fly out . Incredible and wonderful.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Super Hotel Yokohama Kannai is located in Yokohama, 1 km from Yokohama Marine Tower and 5 km from Sankeien. Came here because I was leaving on a cruise the next day and wanted to be close to the cruise terminal, which is literally at 15 minute walk away or a 4 minute cab ride from the hotel. Couldn't believe that we were located right at the entrance to Chinatown and across the street from a super cool park with turtles and the baseball stadium for the Tokyo Olympics. Arrived earlier than checkout and they welcomed us to park ourselves in their cafe area while we waited for check in time. They held our bags as we sat there drinking coffee, taking an internet break from our sightseeing, and then it was time to check in. When we got to the rooms, they were tiny as you would expect from Japan but we had two rooms so we weren't swimming in people. We both had a beautiful picture window that opened up to a street and it looked like a living painting, both during day and night. The receptionist offered to let us take any of the amenities we needed like deodorant, hairbrushes, etc and they had everything. At each floor there is a station where you can pick up a night gown and a pillow, right next to the beverage vending machine and a pants press. Because of the hotel location, we got to see the night life, roaming around Chinatown enjoying the souvenir shopping, trying some of the food, and soaking in the atmosphere. It shuts down at around 10 and they open the street to traffic, but before that it such a was such a cool way to see Yokohama. In the morning we enjoyed the free breakfast and they don't really have tables for people to congregate at, but they have rows of almost cubicles where you can eat. The buffet is open and the staff is super kind. Every staff member I met in both the lobby and the buffet seemed so welcoming and grateful we were there. They even have an Aibo puppy to pet in the lobby. Will always recommend this place.
