Staff very friendly - took our bags in when we arrived early and put them up in the room for us. We did have a slight noise issue one night - quick trip to front desk, little Japanese language later and it went quiet. Cannot fault staff at all. Room facilities provided basic cooking utensils.

Beautiful common area, clean room, 7/11 downstairs, coffee shop downstairs, free laundry (no dryer tho but there is a laundromat across the street), sauna/cold plunge too. So close to the train station. I really didn’t want to leave
