Everything was exactly as advertised in their pictures of the room, which was a relief. Very friendly and professional staff.

Very close to Shinjuku Station which is a hub for so many train lines so it is very easy to get around. The base of the hotel has a bunch of eating venues and is also surrounded by places to eat. Be aware that it is in the middle of like a red-light district area so there are lots of young people around that are partying at night (not that you hear anything in the hotel). I was there with my 2 kids and we never ever felt unsafe though even when we were out at night. It was just busy and exciting! The hotel had awesome views, was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. The fact that there was a central laundry you could use was so handy too.

The staff went above and beyond and was super nice from the front desk clerk to the chefs and waiters down to the house keeping staff. Hands down the greatest hotel staff I have ever experienced in my life.

Location is great, centrally located in Shinjuku, still in a quieter street, very close to Shinjuku station. Rooms, although not big, but really comfy and spotlessly clean. All amenities available, including umbrellas, that was very useful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We recommend it.

The location was 12' away from the main Shinjuku station. The staff was incredibly kind and spoke amazing English. They don't advertise it here, but the hotel offers free breakfast and coffee - which is basic but much needed and always welcome. The cleaning was the best we have seen - the machines and techniques we saw them using means they go a long way making sure everything is clean.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... Loved everything about this hotel! The location in the heart of Shinjuku was awesome. The room was big by Tokyo standards and very clean. The water pressure was outstanding. We didn't need our room cleaned while we were there and put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign when we went out. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels and bottles of water left in a bag on our door each day when we returned. It was wonderful not to have to request them when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo Central terletak betul-betul di pusat bandar Kabukicho. Ia menawarkan akses mudah ke rangkaian pengangkutan. Exceptional service. We asked if they could arrange for our large cases to be sent to a hotel we were due at in three days in Kyoto. On arrival they were sitting in our room! How good was that!
