Ubytovanie Centara Grand Hotel Osaka sa nachádza v ideálnej lokalite v centre mesta Osaka a ponúka izby s klimatizáciou, fitnescentrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi a bar. This hotel deserves 10 stars! The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. The hotel staff had exceptional client service; they went above and beyond to make us even more comfortable. Hotel is modern, clean, with spacious rooms and in an excellent location. It has free coffee, tea, soda service for most of the day.

We loved so much Tanimachikun Namba 77 Hotel that we will definitely use the same hotel when we will be back in Japan. We got a family room as we wanted a big enough space to move around and open our luggages. Our son always say that "I like this room, it's so cozy and the bed is like my bed at home." The room is exactly as the photos. Cleanliness was as expected. We loved the automatic curtains and the spa music everytime we enter the room. The switches in the room were "lighted and labeled" so it is really easy to know which one to turn on at night without needlessly turning on all the light switches just to get to the one we want to turn on. We loved the warm toilet seats and the bidet which we also have back home (except the warming seats). The washer/dryer on the ground floor was very useful. There is a vendo machine just beside the laundry room. The staff were nice and responded well to our requests, they will even assist in calling a taxi. The hotel allows luggage storage. The hotel is very conveniently located. We felt safe even going out for dinners or arriving late at night. It is just less than 5 minutes walk to Namba Parks, Yamada Denki and the post office. It is near authentic japanese restaurants : Kura Sushi Global flagship store, Jumbo Sohonten (takokayi/okonomiyaki) and Coco Curry which we loved so much. Daikokucho station is less than 5 minutes walk. There is wifi in the hotel but we did not use this as we have pocket wifi. There is also a restaurant but we did not try it as we were always outside.

The Hollywood room was large and spacious including a kitchenette, can cook a nice meal in the room. The bed was super comfortable and most of all the room was very quiet as it was facing the 2nd floor podium just above the entrance, The hotel is only a few months old and everything in the hotel is very new. I like the hotel being very eco-friendly with simple and chic design. We had a huge Smart TV in the room and the A/C was very comfortable. It super convenient as it's a 7-minute walk to the airport express train station if walking directly from the 2nd floor. The Lawson convenient store is just steps away and a new KURA sushi shop just opened on 1st July next to Lawson. Many shopping choices and restaurants nearby at Namba Parks, Namba City and easy access to trains to various parts of the city. The staff were super friendly and were able to solve my questions prior to my arrival at the hotel, also please follow their Instagram showing clear directions from the train station to the hotel. That was super useful. I will definitely come back next time.

The room is much more spacious than I expected. The cleanliness is very good. There are also additional paid facility at the lobby as well.
