Kurokawa Onsen Yama no Yado Shinmeikan features 5 hot-spring baths, including a 30-metre long cave bath. perfect. staff was very nice, location incredible and onsen just magic. I recommend you to take the diner as it was excellent

The room was nice and spacious, cozy and comfortable. They have an amazing variety of onsen and perhaps the only place with mixed onsen which I enjoyed very much with my husband. Staff was amazing as well.

Situated in the centre of the Kurokawa Onsen Area and boasting a total of 8 indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Nanjoen offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation with tatami (woven-straw) flooring... Very nice atmosphere and service here. The lobby, dining area and rooms, everywhere is so clean, the hot springs as well. Even we don’t speak Japanese, they still tried hard to explain every dishes of our dinner.

Only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kurokawa hot-spring district, Ryokan Ichinoi offers Japanese-style accommodations with Japanese Yukata robes. High chance of getting the onsen to yourself (hotel guests only in the evenings, and there are probably less than a dozen rooms). And it's a very nice indoor+outdoor onsen! Huge traditional breakfast in private little booths was amazing.

Objekat Kurokawa Mori No Kiki se nalazi u četvrti Kurokawa Onsen u gradu Minamioguni, na 41 km od znamenitosti Planina Aso i 49 km od znamenitosti Jezero Kinrinko. We travelled to Kurokawa onsen Mori No Ki Ki by driving from Kumamoto, it took us about 2 hr. The staff (or the owner) was so kind and willing to facilitate and keen to support us nicely. We were so much impressed and appreciated. The house was so clean, the onsen was good. Home made bread was excellent. We suggest the visitor should come before the evening as to see the sign clearly. The sign showing the accommodation name a bit small comparing to the others, so you may miss when it is dark. The rest are excellent, if you like peace and relax with warm heart, you may like this one.
